"Good Orchid Mix, Shipping Was Okay"
I tried this orchid mix after a friend recommended it, and my plants seem happier already. The only downside was that the bag arrived a little messy, but the mix itself seems good.

"Refund came through, just took some time"
I had to return something and it ended up being really a little more of a hassle than I expected. Support did get back to me and I did get my refund, but it took longer than they originally said. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I was hoping.

"I ordered from repotme because I’d heard..."
I ordered from repotme because I’d heard good things and figured it might be a nice upgrade from what I usually pick up locally. The packaging was fine, everything arrived in good shape, and the pots and mix were perfectly usable. I spent a little time repotting and didn’t have any real complaints about how the products looked or felt.
That said, after using everything, I kept thinking it just didn’t feel all that different from similar stuff I’ve bought near me for much less. Once shipping was added, the total ended up feeling steep for what I actually received. Nothing was bad, exactly, but it wasn’t special enough to justify the price for me, so I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Disappointed by the packaging"
My order arrived in a bent box with barely any packing inside, so everything was just rattling around. It made the whole purchase feel less valued, especially for the price I paid. I don’t expect perfection, but I do think the way something is packaged says a lot about the care behind it. I probably won’t order again unless they improve how they ship things.

"Showed up cracked with soil leaking out"
My box was smashed when it got here, and the pot was cracked with soil spilling out everywhere. It really wasn’t in good shape, and the whole thing were a mess to unpack.

Am I missing something here? The media was okay overall, but a few parts felt a little stale to me. Not terrible, just not as fresh as I was expecting.

I’ve ordered refills a few times now, and overall it’s been a good experience. The process is really simple and easy to get through, which I appreciate. Most of my refills arrive on time, with just a couple of small delays here and there.

My order did show up fine and nothing was damaged, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took a bit longer than I expected. Compared to what I usually see from other stores, the shipping felt average, not the slowest, but definitely not anything that stood out either.

"Plant perked up a bit, but no real support"
I used this on my plant and it did help a little, but it still ended up losing some leaves. I was hoping for better results, honestly. What made it more frustrating was that there wasn’t really any human contact or anyone to ask questions when I wasn’t sure if I was using it right. It’s okay, just not a total fix.

"I ordered a few specific orchid supplies..."
I ordered a few specific orchid supplies from repotme.com, and... yeah, what showed up wasn’t quite what I picked. A couple of the items were wrong, and one thing I needed was just missing completely.
The packing slip looked close enough at first glance, so I thought maybe I was mistaken. But once I actually went through the box, the stuff inside didn’t match my order.
I know mistakes happen, obviously. But order accuracy is kind of the whole point, especially with specific supplies. It was just frustrating, i’m not really excited to order from them again

"Customer service was okay, but the policies feel a bit slippery"
They did eventually reply, but it took longer than I expected, which was frustrating. Once someone got back to me, the help itself was fine, nothing amazing but not terrible either. My bigger issue is that some of their policies feel like they have little loopholes that make things harder for the customer, like they can technically say they helped even if you’re stuck waiting around. Overall, it was just an okay experience
"Helpful repotting tips, easy!"
Their repotting guide actually helped me avoid messing up my orchid, which I was a little nervous about. Everything was easy to follow... one of the pots did show up a bit dusty, but not a huge deal.

"Prices felt too high, and getting transferred didn’t help"
I was thinking about ordering from rePotme, but the prices just felt a little unfair for what you’re getting. By the time I added a few basic items and shipping, the total jumped up way faster than I expected. I also tried asking a question and ended up getting transferred around, which was frustrating and didn’t make me feel any better about placing the order. Maybe the quality is great, but for me it just didn’t feel worth it, so I ended up looking somewhere else.

"Disappointing Orchid Mix"
I ordered this orchid mix hoping it would give my plant a fresh start, but I was disappointed when I opened the bag. It was full of tiny broken pieces and a lot of dust, and the whole mix felt old and dried out. I went ahead and repotted my orchid anyway, but after that it actually started looking worse instead of healthier. For the price, I expected much better quality. I won’t be buying this again

I bought this orchid mix for my phals because it was supposed to drain well, but that definitely wasn’t my experience. It stayed wet for what felt like forever after repotting, and two of my plants ended up with mushy roots. Frustrating when the product basically promises to be good for orchids and then does the opposite. Maybe I just got a bad bag, but I’m not taking that chance again.

"Hard to plan when stock keeps changing"
I’ve ordered from repotme a few times over the years, and this has been a recurring issue for me. The products are good when I can actually get them, but too often the things I need are out of stock or not ready when I thought they would be. I’ve had repotting plans thrown off more than once because of it. I don’t mind waiting now and then, but it’s happened enough that I don’t really feel like I can count on them when my plants need supplies right away...

They’ve got a good mix of pots and orchid supplies, so that part was nice. I just had a hard time comparing some of the items, and a couple sizes I was looking for weren’t there. It wasn’t bad, just not exactly
